Q. How do I make a purchase/ place an order?
  •  Browse our products by clicking on 'SHOP MEN's' or 'SHOP WOMEN's' to find what you'd like to buy.
  • Once you have found a product you want to buy, click on it, select your size and click on the 'ADD TO BAG’ button next to each product.
  •  Review the items in your shopping cart by clicking the 'SHOPPING BAG' icon at the top right of the page. You can use the 'REMOVE' link under the ‘Qty’ to delete items from your shopping bag.
  • Click on ‘CHECKOUT’ to complete your order.
 
Q. Do I need to create an acccount for placing an order?
No you can choose to checkout as a guest. However, signing up/ creating an account is easy.
 
Q. How will I know that you have received my order?
After you place your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from us.
 
Q. Are The Colors of Products Shown On The Website Accurate?
Due to the intricate and exclusive nature of the products available on our website, we ensure that we photograph all our products under standard lighting conditions so that the product image you see is closest to the product. However, there may be minor variations in the color of the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries of the product image you see on your monitor and the actual product.
 
Q. Can you design matching bridal garments for bride and groom?
Yes, we can make special designs for you based on your color specifications. Our design team will work with you and advise you on your options, costs etc.
 
Q. How do I wash these garments?
Please have your garments dry-cleaned by a competent professional dry-cleaning service
 
Q. What is your Return Policy?
We are unable to accept returns on any products. If you suspect the product you received is defective, you have to contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package, with images and descriptions of the suspected defects. We will then investigate it against our images and quality control. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Please note that because of the nature of Indian embroidery work, some stones may fall off or some threads may unravel during the shipping process. These are not defects, and cannot be the basis for a return request.
